polin independent moulders classic 500, s500 & s600
Available in 2 to 4 sheeting rollers versions, with 500mm or 600mm width, with or without integrated croumbler, in the Classic version (for a softer bread moulding) and in the "S" version (for a steadier bread moulding). All solutions are provided with sheeter thickness regulation, scrap collector and moulding belt. All versions are also equipped with feeding and exit belts (and returning conveyor system) placed on both sides of the machine. Manufactured with highest precision numeric control systems, its strong 15mm aluminium shoulders grant to the forming structure complete stability and reliability. The shoulders actually contain the moulder's mechanical parts, taking advantage of their high mechanical precision.
