Our textile SiloSac consists of a sturdy modular structure, usually bordered in galvanized or stainless steel, ideal to suit any conditions of indoor environment.
The body of the bag is made of anti-static Trevira fabric with a new geometry that ensures uniform emptying of the product by gravity.
The summit, however, is made of anti-static filtering fabric that filters clean air during filling of the silo from the tank truck.
The structure, as designed, is easy to assembly and ship.
Available in the Small version with variable capacity between 1 and 12 tons, and in the Plus version with capacity between 10 – 50 tons.
It complies with the regulations and provisions in force on the subject of technical installations with regard to safety, working conditions and health and hygiene in the workplace.

VIBRATING SCREEN
Product requiring screening is assisted through a calibrated screen using a vibrating motor. Any impurities can be sifted out, whilst ensuring oxygenation and safety of the delivered product. Available in food grade stainless steel 304.
ROTARY SIFTER
The separation of impurities is obtained by the rotation of a main auger feed that pushes product into a drum type screen. The effect of the rotation ensures the oxygenation and safety of the delivered product. Available in food grade stainless steel 304.

fluidized bed steel silos
Silos with modular panels in stainless steel. Fluidized bed extraction with input of air on the bottom of the silo by means of timed solenoid valves.
Built in a range of models with capacity from 3 to 50 tons.
The upper part of the silo is made of a filtering textile that consents separation between product and air during the filling stage. It guarantees good durability in time and is completely waterproof and resistant to atmospheric agents. Fully hygienic with a high degree of preservation of the raw material in accordance with the rules of food hygiene.

The hopper receives the product in powder (flour, sugar, salt, etc.) conveyed pneumatically from the storage silo to the point of use.
It can be managed by means of an operator panel for medium-large plants, or by means of control units for medium-small plants.
The shapes, dimensions and accessories vary depending on the type of use.

Silos e Silos can supply a variety of mixing technologies for combining your raw materials into a perfect, functional mix for you; as and when you need it.
RIBBON BLENDERS
Using single or double helical mixing bands on a rotating shaft a nice, gentle mixing action is achieved wit medium mix times and good accuracies. Solid designs utilise robust drive gearboxes and powerful motors. Execution in stainless steel 304 to food grade standard; or otherwise as requested.
PADDLE MIXERS
Using single shaft or twin shaft designs with ploughshare or paddle mixer tools high efficiency mixes, with very high accuracies can be achieved, in short times.
